The Longleaf Pine Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society serves Pensacola and Florida's western Panhandle. We support the conservation, preservation, and restoration of Florida's native plants and their habitats through education, field trips, outreach, and community participation.
Join us to learn about Northwest Florida's native plants, explore local natural areas, and meet others interested in conserving Florida's natural heritage.

There will be no regular meeting on October 8 because Pensacola MESS Hall is unavailable. The next regular meeting is November 12 and will feature the film Extraordinary Caterpillar.

Meet with us
We normally meet on the second Thursday of each month from 5:45–7:30 p.m. Meetings are usually hybrid: attend at Pensacola MESS Hall, 418 East Wright Street, Pensacola, or join online. Zoom details and schedule changes are included in the monthly email announcement.

- October: Florida Native Plant Month. Volunteers are invited to help distribute educational flyers to local bulletin boards, libraries, and schools.

- November 7: Emerald Coast Fall Native Plant Fair at Paradise Plants & Palms in Valparaiso.
